Dear brother of Barbara Concannon (Downey) and Elaine Kraus (Downey) and her husband Arthur all of Derry, NH. Son of the late John F. and Bertha A. (McNally) Downey. Also survived by nieces Julie Kraus of Lincoln NH, Lauren Chouinard of Berlin, NY and a nephew Thomas Kraus of Saint Augustine, FL. Services will be private.
