John "Jeff" O'Neill born June 16th 1950 passed October 11th surrounded by his loved ones. Beloved husband of Tina (Atton) O'Neill of West Yarmouth, father of Patrick O'Neill of Kingston and Kristin (O'Neill) Oster of Marshfield. Grandfather of Sean, Jillian, Patrick Jr, Sawyer, and Ronan. Son of the late Paul and Marjorie O'Neill of Milton. Brother of Barbara Simpson and niece of Erica Cederquist of Jamestown, NY.

Born and raised in Milton, Jeff graduated in 1968 from Milton High School. Due to his love for family, music, and cars, he met the love of his life and future wife Tina during his frequent visits to his Aunt Jane's of Dedham in 1967. Right out of high school, Jeff joined The United States Postal Service where he worked for 30 years until 2000. Jeff joined the Army Reserves in 1970, and proudly served until 1976. 1977 brought big changes for Jeff whereas, he married Tina and bought his first house in Randolph. Jeff welcomed his two beautiful children, Patrick (1982) and Kristin (1984), before moving to Marshfield in 1989. Due to his hard work and strong work ethic, Jeff and Tina bought their dream house overlooking the ocean in 1998. Sadly, in 2000 Jeff had a stroke and moved into Cardigan Nursing Home in Situate where he remained until his passing. Despite being limited to a nursing home, Jeff was still able to watch his two children marry and raise their families. Jeff was loved by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him, and most enjoyed getting to know his three handsome grandsons.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. at the North River Community Church, 334 Old Oak Street in Pembroke.
