McLeod, John Joseph Sr., also known as "Jack" and "Mac", of Green Harbor, passed away on January 7, 2016 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Lois (Wilson) McLeod. Dear father of John J. McLeod Jr., and his wife Lynn of Pembroke. Brother of Ethel McNamara of Tewksbury, Lorraine C. Flanagan of Hingham, and Joseph McLeod of Tewksbury. Predeceased by brothers Frank C. McLeod of Dorchester, Paul A. McLeod of Abington, Edward F. McLeod of Randolph, and Richard J. McLeod of South Boston

Jack was born in Boston and was a graduate of South Boston High School. A Veteran of the U.S. Army, he served from 1953 to 1956.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte 139) Marshfield. Funeral from the funeral home on Thursday, January 14, at 9:00 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal Street, Marshfield. Interment will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery at Bourne.
