John P. "Jack" Dillon of Leesburg, FL and Ocean Bluff, MA.  Survived by his wife Anne, children their spouses, grandchildren, his brother Lee and wife Estelle Dillon of Taunton, sister Kathleen and husband Bruce Gruber of Fernandina Beach, FL as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.

Jack is predeceased by parents Francis and Kathleen Connolly Dillon and brother William F. Dillon.

Jack graduated from Archbishop Williams High School and Boston College where he participated in ROTC receiving distinguished military graduate honors.  He served in the United States Army with Military Police for eight years including three in Metz, France.  He then joined John Hancock Life Insurance Company where he worked for 22 years, managing one of the largest agency in the country in Miami.  He also worked as a Regional Vice President at Family Life and Investors Life and ran his own agency at Atlantic Financial Marketing Group with agents all over the country.

Jack loved people and leaves all who knew him with a lifetime of stories.

The family is grateful to the incredible team at South Shore Hospital who provided him such incredibly compassionate care.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann by the Sea Parish Church, 591 Ocean Street in Marshfield. Due to widespread power outages, he Funeral Mass will not be streamed live but will be telecast at a later date: https://stanns.net/live-streaming/ Interment will be in the Mayflower Cemetery, Duxbury.
