Obituary

John A. Pavone of Marshfield passed away on February 23, 2022 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Mary C. (Connolly) Pavone and loving father of Michael Pavone and wife Lisa of Marshfield and Michele Storm and husband Mark of Colorado, he was the cherished grandfather of Madison and Amanda Pavone and Regan and Evan Storm. Son of the late Mario and Maxine (Austin) Pavone, he leaves his siblings Thomas Pavone, Debbie Hoover, and Denise Pooley and her husband Wayne, all of New Jersey.

John served his country with 2 tours in the Navy during the Vietnam war. He began his tour of duty on USS Ranger and finished his career on the USS Yellowstone.

He loved to work with his hands and build. John also loved to fish and more if it included catching salmon. He was an avid dog lover, especially when came to his constant companion Bella, but most of all his greatest pleasure came from spending time with his grandchildren, even if it meant going tubing at high speeds in the water or helping them ride a bike. He will be dearly missed.
