John C. Pearl, of Marshfield, passed away on April 16, 2018 at the age of 87. Born in Stoneham, Ma, May 4, 1930, the son of the late Frederick C Pearl and Margaret (Cunning) Pearl. Devoted husband of the late Shirley A. (Holland) Pearl and former wife Marion (Pearl) Timility. Dear father of Joanne Webb of Norton, Cynthia Sage and the late Steven Sage of Waltham, Mary Farley and her husband Dennis of Montague, Craig Pearl and his wife Mona of Florida and Beth Ann Pearl of Kentucky. John also leaves his brothers Paul Pearle, Everett, James, Herbert and Robert.

John leaves his grandchildren Cheryl, Jennifer, Susan, Joseph, and Michael, Craig Jr, Tammy, 13 great grandchildren, and his feline friend, Butterball. He also leaves his dear nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. John also leaves his dear friend and sister-in-law Gerry Pearle of Marion.

John enjoyed spending time on his coin collection and watching horse racing.

Friends and relatives are invited to join the family for a Time of Reflection on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139), in Marshfield.
