Josephine Ann Kenny, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2026, at the age of 86.

Known warmly to all who loved her as "JoAnn" was born on August 11, 1939, in Woodbridge, New Jersey; the daughter of Pasquale Lamberti and Grace Diller. She was a graduate of Highland Park High School. Over the decades, JoAnn blossomed into a woman of many talents. She loved sewing, knitting, and any activity that got her outdoors.

An avid golfer, JoAnn found some of her greatest happiness on the course, especially in St. Augustine, FL during the cold New England winters. She shared countless rounds with the love of her life, her late husband of 61 years, Thomas "Barry" Kenny. Together, they built a beautiful family, a lasting partnership, and a shared life full of laughter, love, and adventure. No story of JoAnn can be told without Barry at its center.

JoAnn's greatest legacy, however, is the family she poured her heart into. She is lovingly survived by her daughter Pam and her husband Tom Arrighi of Bridgewater, MA; her son Tom and his wife Leslie of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren Katie, Kellie, T.W., Taryn, and Tesslyn; and her great-grandchildren Genevieve, Vivian, Beckley, and Jett. Each of them carry a piece of her spirit forward into the world.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, May 13th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at MacDonald Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. The interment in Couch Cemetery will be private.
