Karl L Stahl of Duxbury passed away on November 27 at the age of 95. Devoted husband of the late Gloria (Graham) Stahl. Son of the late Karl F and Wilhelmina (Menslage) Stahl. Brother of Doris Davidson of Newtown PA and Barbara Dam McCahon of Pembroke MA and the late Elsie Wood of Marshfield, Audrey Stahl of Brant Rock, Walter Stahl of Brockton, and Leonard Stahl of Braintree, and many nephews and nieces. Born in Boston, he moved to Duxbury in 1960. A graduate of Boston University and Bridgewater State College, he taught English at Duxbury Middle School until his retirement in 1986. He was a Deacon at Park Street Church in Boston where he faithfully served on many Committees. Karl's favorite hobby was making chocolate candy from the molds and expertise he inherited from his father who owned a homemade candy and ice cream parlor in south Boston.
