Katherine J. (Curran) Merola, of Marshfield, passed away on July 28, 2017 at the age of 89. Katherine is the beloved mother of Christopher Cove of Scituate, Robert W. Cove and his wife Laurie of Marshfield, Steven Cove and his wife Joanne of Provincetown, Brian Cove of New Jersey, and the late Roger Cove of Harwich. Dear grandmother of Steven, Matthew, Patrick, Alicia, Robert, and the late Daniel, Katherine is predeceased by her husband, Charles Merola.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 7, 2017 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield. Services will conclude with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal Street, Marshfield.
