Kathleen C. (Casey) Sinnott, 66, of Pocasset, a long-time resident of Marshfield, passed away on September 15, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Boston and raised in Plymouth, Kathy was the beloved wife of 45 years to Martin B. Sinnott and dear mother of Amanda Sinnott Laporte of Marshfield and Rebecca Sinnott of Sherman Oaks, CA. Kathy leaves her cherished grandchildren Jack, Finn, and Ellie Laporte, her sisters Margaret Mason of NJ, Donna Casey of Pembroke, several nieces and nephews, and her cat, Gracie, whom she adored.

Kathy and Marty moved to Marshfield when they were married and raised their family there. Kathy wore many hats over the years, working as a paralegal, real estate broker, and former business owner of the local Dairy Queen. Kathy enjoyed gardening and the beach, her many Boxer dogs over the years, and was an amazing cook. Family, especially her grandchildren, brought Kathy the most joy in life. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield. Funeral procession from the funeral home on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal Street, Marshfield.
