Kevin B. O'Connell, of Marshfield, died unexpectedly on May 4, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Alice (Cheesman) O'Connell, father of Brendan and his wife Nicole of Plymouth, and "Papa" to their son, his grandson Rhys.

Kevin was born in Cambridge, one of six children, to the late Donald P. and Mary E. (Jackson) O'Connell. He and leaves his siblings Brian O'Connell of Lexington, Judy Gamsey of Chatham, Kathy LaPierre of Marshfield, Molly O'Connell of Mashpee, and Eileen Surette of Middleboro, and many nieces and nephews.

Kevin worked as a Building Superintendent for 40 years. He enjoyed mountain climbing when time permitted but mostly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and working on their train set together.

Funeral services will be private.
