Lawrence “Larry” White, age 88, of Marshfield, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026. Born in Brockton on July 7, 1937, he lived a life filled with family, creativity, travel and a love for the outdoors.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Barbara; sons Jeffrey, Timothy, Scott and Craig; their wives, partners and grandchildren.

Larry was a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, a master cabinetmaker and restorer with a deep appreciation for early American architecture, furniture and decorative arts, an avid gardener, world traveler, automotive enthusiast and outdoorsman. His love for the woods and waters of Maine was life long.

A military service will be held at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, Massachusetts on July 8, 2026, at 1:15 PM followed by a celebration of life at the Sagamore Inn.
