Roberts, Luke B., of Marshfield, passed away on September 17, 2015 at the age of 82. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth "Bette" (Goineau) Roberts, dear father of Edward B. Roberts and his partner Claire of Marshfield, Walter J. Roberts and his wife Anette of Mansfield, Leah Melisi and her husband Joseph of Marshfield, and Rock B. Roberts and his wife Pamela of Marshfield. Luke leaves seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, a brother Edward Roberts and his wife Ann of Connecticut, and a sister-in-law Mildred Floucher of Connecticut. Luke was predeceased by his brother Walter Roberts Jr.

A graduate of Bentley College, Luke was a self- employed retail recruiter and a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. He enjoyed sailing and traveling.

Visiting hours will be held at MacDonald Funeral Home on Sunday, September 27, 2015 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you contribute to a charity of your choice.
