Mary Lynn West of Marshfield, MA passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 20, 2020.  Most people knew her as Lynn, except for her biggest fan club which knew her as Mom and Grammie.

Lynn Faulds was born and raised in New Jersey.  She married Dick Krause at age 20 and raised four daughters.   Becoming a mom was Lynn's role of a lifetime.  She fully embraced being a stay-at-home mom and was the best mom anyone could ever ask for.

In 1972, the family moved to Marshfield.  As her daughters grew older, Lynn began work caring for others in a nursing home environment.  She worked at South Shore Rehab & Skilled Care Facility in Rockland as their Activities Director.  Lynn was well known to many residents, families and co-workers.  She took great pride when someone referred to her as "their ambassador to the community" and was equally thrilled when she was awarded her own reserved parking spot!   Lynn had this role for 32 years and continued to work full-time until she was 74 years old.  She had a very strong work ethic.  In her mind, she wasn't old.

In 2002, Lynn surprised her family and friends when she married her soulmate, Stan West -- she loved being Lynn West.

Lynn was preceded in death by her husband, Stan West.  She is survived by her many siblings, four daughters (Laurie, Lisa, Leslie & Jennifer) and their spouses, along with eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Activities Center at Newfield House in Plymouth, MA.
