DiBona, Lynne (Fishman), of Weymouth, passed away on December 27, 2016 at the age of 68. Lynne is the beloved wife of Richard D. DiBona and loving mother of Jeramie DiBona and his wife Shawna of Cohasset, Jarrod DiBona of Weymouth, Jamie DiBona and his wife Pam of Weymouth, and Rachael Polcari and her husband Tony of Marshfield. Lynne is predeceased by her mother, Annelle (Goldstein) Fishman, but leaves her father, Stanley Fishman of Scituate, and her brothers Steven Fishman of Boston and Louis Fishman of Scituate. Lynne is the adoring Nanna of Del, Brayden and Drew DiBona, Luke and Gwen DiBona, and Anthony, Nico, and Giuliana Polcari.

Lynne and Richard built a wonderful life for their family and enjoyed much travel, including family vacations to Disney, and trips to Vegas and the casinos together and with their friends. If she wasn't enjoying quiet time with a book poolside, Lynne loved watching the children, friends, neighbors and cousins, all having fun in the pool. The DiBona house was the place to be, and she wouldn't have had it any other way. Lynne also worked as a crossing guard for many years and was loved and adored by all the children she helped.

Lynne's greatest joy in life was her cherished grandchildren, her family and dear friends, sharing time together and making memories with them. She was an avid shopper and always exuded style and grace, but more than that she had a true beauty, inside and out, that would light up a room. She will always be remembered for her compassion, her affectionate ways, with a contagious smile and positive attitude, and the legacy of love she has left to all who were fortunate enough to have known and loved her.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) Marshfield. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Couch Cemetery.
