O'Brien, Margaret (Kelly), 79, of Marshfield, passed away on December 14, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Edward L. O'Brien. Dear mother of Joanne and Richard Hudson of Wakefield, Michael and Kathryn O'Brien of Chappaqua, NY, Kevin and Rozilyn O'Brien of Salem, NH, James and Irene O'Brien of Koblenz, Germany, Lawrence O'Brien and Patricia Roper of Amherst and Andrew O'Brien and Michelle Consalvo of West Roxbury. Devoted grandmother of 17 grandchildren.

Margaret was a dedicated and active member of St Christine's Parish in Marshfield who enjoyed travel, especially her trips to Europe, but above all loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held at the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St, Rte 139, Marshfield Sunday December 20, 2015 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Funeral from the Funeral Home Monday at 9:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Christine's Church 1295 Main St Marshfield at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
