Mark Wentworth Tucker, of Marshfield, formerly of Manchester N.H., passed away on June 9, 2016. Mark is the brother of Marion Scott of Marshfield and uncle of Alison Joyce and her husband James of Duxbury, Kristin Ezekiel and her husband Marc of Duxbury, and Tara Potter and her husband Erik of Cohasset.

Mark was born in Gloucester MA and graduated from Rutland VT High School. He co-wrote the graduating class song and performed it on the piano.

After attending the University of Vermont and Boston University, Mark entered in to the U.S. Army Military Intelligence and lived in Germany for 5 years speaking fluent German. He then transferred to the Pentagon. Mark was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal by the President of the United States. From March 1966 to May 1971 he had many outstanding achievements.

Mark was a generous and kind big brother, uncle, and great uncle. We will all miss him but he is at peace now.

Interment will be in Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
