On January 24, 2021, Martha Zayko passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 71. Martha was born on May 13, 1949 in Brookline to George and Mary (McCormack) Roth. Her family moved to Marshfield when Martha was thirteen where she met, and later married, her best friend, Robert Zayko. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert, loving daughters, Lori McKenney (husband Stephen) and Michele Krabisch (husband William) and her four grandchildren, Alexandra, Julia, Tyler, and Benjamin, who were the light of her life. She also leaves behind her brother, Kenneth Roth of Marshfield, and many nieces and nephews. Martha is predeceased by her siblings George G. Roth, Jr., of Marshfield, Mary Hankey of Naples, FL, Carol Costello of Marshfield, and Richard Roth of Frenchtown, NJ.

Martha worked for many years at the Cohasset office of Robert Thompson, DMD, where she enjoyed being surrounded by the wonderful staff and patients. Martha loved shopping, cooking, vacationing in Bermuda and Florida, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her lovely smile and remarkable sense of humor.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Christine Parish Church, 1295 Main Street (Rte. 3A) in Marshfield.
