Mary A. (Bullen) Forde, of Marshfield, passed away on April 26, 2018 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Cornelius Forde; dear mother of John Forde and his wife Karen of Norton, Patrick Forde of Marshfield, Kevin Forde of Boston, and Veronica Wright and her husband Howard of West Bridgewater; grandmother of Meghan, Brendan, Julie, Aidan, Dominic, and 7 great-grandchildren; sister of the late Maureen MacKinnon.

Mary was a devout Catholic and was happiest when she was able to profess her faith through her actions. She was very active at St Christine's Church as a member of the choir and the shawl ministry and as a lecture, just to name a few. In later years, Mary was also an active member of St. Mary's Church in Scituate. Mary was a real "people person" and put those skills to work at her job as a Clerk for the United States Postal Service, primarily at the Scituate branch.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent Street, Scituate, MA 02066, or to St. Christine's Parish, 1295 Main Street, Marshfield, MA 02050.

Visiting hours will be held at MacDonald's Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St. (Rte. 139), Marshfield on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral procession from the funeral home on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be held in St. Christine's Catholic Church, 1295 Marshfield, at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Couch Cemetery.
