Michael Thomas Lowe of Marshfield, MA passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, December 5, 2021. Michael grew up in Pembroke, MA and was employed by State Street Bank. He was a 1984 graduate of Silver Lake High School.

Mike was predeceased by his infant son, Percy Maxwell Lowe, his parents Robert and Patricia Lowe, and his nephews Rob Schlager, Zack Lowe, and Britt Shore. Those left behind to cherish his memory are the pride and joy of his life, his sons Wyatt and Jake Lowe of Marshfield. Mike is also survived by his brother, Bob (Gail) Lowe of Milton, FL, his sister Deb Lowe of Gulfport, FL, his nieces Zoe Shore of Milton, FL, Heather Schlager (Charlie McAvenia) of Brockton, MA and his nephews Peter Pantazopoulos of Marshfield, MA and Zane Lowe of Milton, FL. He is also survived by two great-nephews Cole and Bentley, a great-niece Emily, and the mother of his children Amy. Michael deeply adored his entire extended family and would do anything in the world for them.

Michael enjoyed many hobbies including visiting National Parks around the country and walking in the many trails on the south shore. He was an avid reader and loved to learn from the countless books he had. Michael also had a deep appreciation for music and just after a few seconds of listening to a song he could tell you the album it was from and the year it was released. He had the same knowledge and passion for films and loved to watch alongside his family. Michael was a fan of the Boston Celtics and loved to challenge himself by watching Jeopardy. He had so much knowledge to share and strove to better himself and others every day.

Mike saw the best in people, but what he loved most of all was to make people happy, usually through laughter. Just being around him was enough to lift your spirits as he was the most genuine man in the world. His warm and comforting energy was felt by everyone, and he will live on in our hearts forever.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and will conclude with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
