Obituary

Rev. Fr N. Constantine Masood passed away peacefully on January 16th, one day after his 75th birthday. He leaves his wife Diana (Bistany), and six children, Daniel (Laurie), Gregory (Olga), Christopher (Ruth), Peter (Silvana), Andrea Tougas (Roger), and Alexandra Perrigo (Jonathan). Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Fr Constantine was born in Altoona, Pa on January 14th, 1940 - the son the late Dr. Naseeb and Dorothy (Cassell) Masood. He graduated from Altoona High School and received his Master of Divinity degree from St Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary, and a further Master's degree from Boston College in Counseling Psychology. He also leaves his two brothers, Edward of Maryland and Jonathan of Texas, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He served as parish priest in Danbury, CT, Beckley, W.VA, New Kensington, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Beaumont Texas, S.Glens Falls, NY and Omaha, Nebraska.
Viewing will be held at St Mark of Ephesus Orthodox Church, 261 Main St., Kingston, MA on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 4 to 8pm,
Funeral from St. Mark of Ephesus Orthodox Church on Wednesday, January 21st at 10am.
