Nancy Patricia Cincotta

Nancy Cincotta died on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at the age of 83. She was born on September 26, 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee and passed away on October 25, 2025 in Sharon, Massachusetts. She is preceded in death by her parents Mary and Ed Scarborough of Hernando MS.

Nancy graduated from Whitehaven High School, Memphis in 1960. She studied music at Washington University, St. Louis MO and Austin Peay University in Clarksville TN. Nancy was a gifted pianist and many memories were made with her family and friends listening to her play, especially around her parents piano singing Christmas carols.

She worked in the Cincotta family restaurant, Angelo’s Spaghetti House in Hull, MA for many years. She also worked for Bemis Corporation in Memphis and Putnam Company in the Boston area until her retirement.

Nancy was previously married to Joe Cincotta with whom she shared three children. She is survived by three sisters Becky Ryan and Deborah Thompson (Rick) of Hernando MS and Cathy Poe (Ron) of Germantown TN. She is also survived by her children; Dina DiTullio, John Cincotta (Amy) and Jill Orpen (Dave), her eight grandchildren Colton and Trevor DiTullio, Jake, Joseph and Hannah Cincotta and Kristina, Katherine and Kayla Orpen and a great-grandson Theodore DiTullio.

Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral mass on Saturday October 17, 2026 in Saint Agnes Church, Arlington, MA at 11:30.
