Bailey, Nitsa P. (Perkins), of Marshfield, passed away on February 2, 2017 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Robert Bailey and dear mother of Sara Galley and her husband James of Pembroke, Lydia Devine and her husband Michael of Plymouth, the late William R. Bailey and the late Nicholas Bailey. Nitsa was the loving grandmother of Marie, Jennifer, Nicole, Cassandra, Jeremy, and Kaitlyn; sister of James Perkins and his wife Judy, and Pamela Perkins and her husband Bruce.

Nitsa lived a full and exemplary life, inspiring those around her with her dedication to the community and friends.  Her memory will be cherished by all those lives she touched and other parts of her life. She was always active, spending her free time in with the Marshfield Senior Center, participating in their plays and exercises in Nina's classes. She loved her grandchildren, as much as they loved her back, spending holidays and seeing them during the week, as well as spending every second she had possible with her beloved late dog Jack. She voluntarily read to the blind, reading to them newspapers and shopping adds. Nitsa was a caring woman, always doing whatever she could to help others.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte 139) Marshfield.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Nitsa can be made to the Marshfield Senior Center, 230 Webster Street, Marshfield MA 02050.
