Biagini, Omero, of Marshfield, passed away on March 19, 2016 at the age of 92. Predeceased by wives Attilia (Francesconi) and Eni (Frugoli), Omero leaves his children Bill and Susan Biagini of Needham, Dan and Joyce Biagini of Marshfield, and Dave Biagini of Marshfield; grandchildren Kathryn Scarpulla of Billerica, Lauren Biagini of Washington DC, Julia Biagini of Marshfield, and Katherine Romano of Marshfield; great grandchildren Gemma and Zachary Scarpulla; three siblings Sirio, Cirillo, and Rosanna in Italy and many nieces and nephews in Marshfield and afar.
Born one of 11 siblings in Lucca, Italy, Omero emigrated to the United States and worked with three of his brother in the construction business in Marshfield for over 30 years. In retirement, his greatest joy was his extended family and neighbors whom he frequently gifted with the bounty of his multiple vegetable gardens, and the foods he enjoyed preparing with that produce.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte 139), Marshfield. Funeral from the funeral home on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Saint Christine's Church, 1295 Main Street, Marshfield. Interment will be in Marshfield Hills Cemetery.
