Fleming, Patricia M. (Welch), of Plymouth, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on February 27, 2017 at the age of 75.  She was born in Quincy, MA, daughter of the late Thomas F. and Rita M. Welch. The devoted wife of the late John Fleming and the late Joseph F. Cosgrove.  Patricia was a joyful soul with a sincere and kind heart. She was a proud and loving mother to Michael Cosgrove and his wife Christine of Plymouth; Barbara Coleman and her husband Joseph of Chesapeake, VA; Joseph Cosgrove and his wife Christine of Duxbury; Kelly LaFratta and her husband Joseph of Marshfield; Brian Cosgrove of Weymouth; Daniel Cosgrove and his wife Katherine of Duxbury; and David Cosgrove and his wife Jasmine of Duxbury. Grandmother of Emmett, Liam, and Cullin Cosgrove; Casey and Kelly Coleman; Abigail, Emma, and Maggie Cosgrove; Jake and Bella LaFratta; Sarah, Owen, and Noah Cosgrove; and Jack, Aidan, and Bridget Cosgrove.  Sister of Thomas Welch, Richard Welch and his wife Alice, Claire Casale and her husband Paul, Michael Welch and his wife Judy, Marianne Welch-Martinez and her husband Luis, and James Welch and  his wife Ella.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield. Funeral procession from the funeral home on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont Street, Duxbury, MA. Burial will be in Mayflower Cemetery, Duxbury.
