Paul J. DuRoss of Marshfield passed away on April 24, 2022 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Doreen (Rossi) DuRoss; loving father of Nicole Davis and her husband Keith of Marshfield, Paul DuRoss and his wife Kim of Plymouth, Sean DuRoss of Marshfield, Justin DuRoss and his wife Ashley of Hanover. Dear brother of Joanne, Danny, Tommy, Brian, and the late Billy and Timmy DuRoss, Paul also leaves 10 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.

Paul spent his childhood in Weymouth. After graduating high school, Paul opened a automotive business called The Bug Hospital. Summering in Marshfield, he eventually moved there permanently, meeting and marrying the love of his life, Dozie, and bringing up his family. He worked for the water department in Marshfield for many years until he retired. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Paul, He absolutely loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and having friends and family visit.

Paul enjoyed his fancy cars and trucks, spending much time customizing them to make them his own. Enjoying endless rides around, bringing his beloved dog Buddy with him. Stopping by to talk with his many friends along the way with a cup of coffee in his hand. He will be truly missed and his memory will be cherished.

Family and friends are welcome to attend on Monday, May 9, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a gathering and celebration of Paul's life, at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
