Paul J. (Joe) Marzilli of Humarock and Maynard, MA. passed away peacefully on Feb. 10, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth LeGraw Marzilli of 63 yrs.; son of the late Angela and Joseph Marzilli; father to Caroline E. Borden of Sagamore Beach, MA. and Paul J. Marzilli Jr. and his wife Sandy of Maynard, MA.; proud grandfather of 8; great-grandfather of 13; brother of Josephine Barisano of Newton, MA., Theresa Sones of Pocasset, MA. and the late Stephani Norton, Albert Saia and Richard Saia. Joe was a veteran of WWII (Army) who fought in the Philippines, a Charter Member of Post 440 of Newtonville, and he owned three restaurants. He loved his family deeply and cherished time with all of them, especially his wife. He loved to cook, to travel, to be at Humarock Beach and he had the remarkable gift to make anyone feel welcome in his restaurants or at his home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 19th, 2015 at 11 A.M. at St. Christine's Church, 1295 Main St., Rte. 3A in Marshfield, MA.
