Paul F. Reardon passed away at the age of 79 at home surrounded by his beloved family.
Paul's life began in Dorchester with his parents, Ambrose and Elizabeth and his brother Tim. It was after the war and housing was scarce, so his aunt, uncle and cousin Patrick moved in as well and they became one family for a while. Paul's family eventually moved to Milton. He graduated from Cathedral High School in Boston and graduated from Boston College. Paul served honorably with the Army/National Guard from 1968 to 1975.
Paul was previously married to Susan McGrath with whom he shared their beloved daughter Shannon. They moved to Hanson and then moved to Milton until their marriage ended. Many years later Paul began a new life with Diane McCarthy in Milton and along with his father, they moved together to Canton for 15 years. Paul also became a father in every way to Diane's daughters Erin and Kerry. They moved to Duxbury to be closer to their 3 daughters and 9 grandchildren, all of whom lived off route 3. Paul spent these last 10 years living his dream of traveling to many seasons of hockey, soccer, football, lacrosse, cross-country and volleyball games or meets to cheer on his athletic grandchildren who made him the proudest grandfather. Paul was happiest with his family and friends. In addition to his wife, daughters and grandchildren, Paul also leaves his brother Tim and cousin Patrick, whom he loved like a brother, and many nieces and nephews.
