Paul H. Waters of Marshfield passed away on May 3, 2020 at the age of 81 of Covid-19 at BID Plymouth, MA.

Paul was born in Dorchester to Perley and Dorothy (McQuoid) Waters of Marshfield. After graduating high school, he joined the U.S. Navy and learned the electrical trade. He was a member of IBEW Local Union 223 in Taunton, MA. He worked for several power plants in the United States and Canada including Pilgrim Power Plant in Plymouth, MA.

In his retirement years, Paul enjoyed many rounds of golf and lunch dates with his brother in law Roy Cardia of Yarmouthport, MA. He also enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Paul leaves behind his wife of 57 years, Laureen (Sullivan) Waters. He was the loving father to Debra Waters Fredrickson and her husband Bruce Fredrickson of Hanson, MA, Denise Boisvert and her husband Daniel of Marshfield and Lisbeth Galvin and her husband Daniel also of Marshfield. He was the loving Papa to Emily and Matthew Fredrickson, Allison, William and Sarah Boisvert and Meghan and Brad Galvin. He was preceded in death by his sister Elizabeth Cardia.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life service will be held at a later date at Our Lady of Assumption Church in Marshfield.
