Paula M. (Higgins) McColgan of Plymouth passed away after a long illness on December 21, 2019 at the age of 64. She was the beloved wife of the late Kent McColgan and dear mother of Thomas McColgan and his wife Edmar of Marshfield. Daughter of the late John J. and Eileen (Craevan) Higgins, Paula is survived by her siblings John Michael, Christine, Geraldine, Patricia, Richard and Mark, and many nieces and nephews.

Paula worked as a Medical Secretary at Brigham and Women Hospital where she met her husband Kent, who passed away 4 years ago. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2020 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and will conclude with a Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
