Larkin, Philip M. 88, of Marshfield August 22, Philip leaves his wife of 63 years Margarette (Keeley) Larkin. Loving father of Kevin, Joseph, Robert, Michael and Margarette. He also leaves a daughter-in-law Cathy Larkin and two grandchildren Arianne and Andrew and daughter-in-law Bonnie Larkin. Born in NYC Mr. Larkin was a DAV who served as a volunteer in the USAA during WWII, he served from 1942 through December of 1945 in England, Omaha Beach, Paris, Belgium and Germany. Mr. Larkin was an engineer by profession and built many skyscrapers in NYC, he was also a retired Director of maintenance of Howard Johnson Company. Funeral from the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St Rte 139 Marshfield Thursday at 8:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St Christine's Church 1095 Main St Marshfield at 9:00 am. Visiting hours Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Interment will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA. Thursday following the Mass.
