Marcella, Philip M. (Mike) of Williamsville, NY and Marshfield, MA passed away at home after a long illness on February 21st, just a few weeks shy of his 49th birthday. Loving father of his beautiful daughter, Olivia Marcella of Williamsville, NY. Michael was predeceased by his father, Philip M. Marcella (Skippy).
He was also beloved son of Helen (Keefe Marcella) Prasso of Vero Beach, FL (formerly of Hull, MA and Marshfield, MA.) and her late husband Charles Prasso.
He leaves his Dear siblings, brothers, Sean Marcella (Jeannie) of Humarock, MA, Bryan Marcella (Donna) of Marshfield, MA, and Sister, Faith Dernier (Jason) of Marshfield, MA.
He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles with whom he had a very loving relationship.
Michael was born in Marshfield, MA and spent most of his years as a fisherman and carpenter. Mike will always be remembered for his sense of humor, love of the ocean and extensive butterfly collection.
A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. at St. Ann's by the Sea Parish, 591 Ocean Street in Marshfield, MA on Monday, March 2nd.
In lieu of flowers, an education fund has been established at Bank of America in Olivia Marcella's name in Michael's memory.
