Wade, Phyllis A. (Alvino), of Andover, passed away on September 20, 2015 at the Life Care Center of the South Shore in Scituate, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Elroy Wade. Dear mother of Marialice Wade McGillicuddy and her husband Eugene of Marshfield. Phyllis also leaves a sister, Carol D'Hondt and her husband Arthur of Methuen and several nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was born and raised in Andover and worked for the Andover School System.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at St. Augustine Cemetery in Andover.
