Priscilla Mary Keefe, age 80, formerly of North Dartmouth, died peacefully in the arms of her daughter due to complications from pneumonia.

Priscilla was born on July 1, 1942 to Frank and Virginia (Hitchcock) Keefe. Priscilla grew up in West Roxbury with her four younger siblings and graduated from Holy Cross High School in Brookline. She then went on to college at Northeastern University where she studied to be a Radiology Technician. In later years she would go on to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant, which was her true calling! She loved her job and the many patients she cared for. Priscilla was a hard-working single mother of four beautiful girls who were her life, and she was their life as well.

Priscilla had many hobbies and interests. She was an amazing seamstress and loved attending as many craft fairs as she could to sell all the beautiful handmade pieces such as blankets, sweaters, hats, mittens and dolls. In her spare time she always had a number of projects going but sewing, knitting, and crocheting were truly her passion and she continued working her craft until the end of her life. Priscilla loved all animals, particularly her Schnauzers, and she had several of them over the years.

Priscilla is survived by her two daughters, Amy Derkinderen and Melissa Cook, her brother Frank and his wife Christine, sister Betsy White and her husband Ronald, sister Virginia Cole and her husband Phil, and lastly her brother David and his wife Roberta. She also leaves her grandsons Stephen and Nicholas Derkinderen, granddaughters Christiana and Mary Frances Derkinderen, grandson Cameron Cook, and granddaughter Colleen Cook. Priscilla had many nieces and nephews as well. Priscilla is predeceased by her husband, Robert Varley, her two daughters, Stephanie James and Paula Andrews, and three grandchildren, Brandon and Taylor Gibbs and Colin Cook.

Priscilla was loved by so many. She will be greatly missed by everyone she leaves behind.

Family and friends are invited to attend services on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will conclude with a Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon. Priscilla will be laid to rest in the Couch Cemetery, Union Street in Marshfield.
