Regina (Gina) E. (Heil) Covell of Marshfield passed away suddenly on February 8, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her devoted daughters Marsha Lynch (husband Tom) and Kate Costello (husband Tim) both of Marshfield; her husband Paul of Dennis, her four cherished grandchildren, Sean Rullis (finance Hanna Ueckert) of Denver, CO, Brennan Quackenbush of Boston, Jacqueline Costello-Roderique (husband Tee) of Aurora, CO and Nevan Costello of Marshfield and many nieces and nephews, including her treasured March sisters, Amy, Kelly of Marshfield and Suzanne Brock of Waxhaw, NC. She is pre-decesased by her siblings John Heil, Eleanor Falzarano, Joseph Heil and Barbara Heil.

Gina, the youngest of 5, was born and raised in East Boston before moving to beloved Humarock. Gina was the long-time owner and operator of Ocean Bluff Packet in Marshfield. For over 20 years she enjoyed serving her many regular customers that frequented the store. Rain, nor snow or sleet could keep Gina away from the store where she treated her customers and staff like dear friends and extended family and relishing in the daily stories and happenings in the town.

She was an avid reader, game player and devoted Patriots fan. She enjoyed playing the lottery and providing "Happy's" or small gifts with her winnings to her children and grandchildren just to share the good feelings and joy of winning more broadly than herself. Her special joy was spending time with her family and grandchildren who loved their "Nani." Sunday family dinners, summer days by her beautiful pool on the river and holidays were always Gina's favorite. She loved to cook, entertain and host gatherings creating special traditions that she passed along to her children and grandchildren.

Gina will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Christine's Parish Church, 1295 Main Street in Marshfield.
