Campbell, Richard S., of Pembroke, passed away on March 9 at the age of 62. Beloved husband of Deborah (Lema) Campbell. Dear stepfather of John Jones and his wife Yvonne of Salem and Nathan Jones and his wife Michelle of Carver. Grandfather of Abby, Alyssa, Ethan, Zach, Celine, and Cameron. Brother of Gail Libertine and her husband Mike of CT, and Robin DeMonch and her husband Eric of New Jersey. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Born in Boston, Rick spent his early childhood living in Weymouth. At the age of 12 his family relocated to Ledyard, CT, where he graduated from high school and St. Thomas Prep School. Rick worked for many years as a contract marine piping draftsman, traveling around the country. In 1987 he met and married his wife Deb, and settled in Massachusetts, working for the MBTA. Rick enjoyed football, his family, and was an avid Corvette enthusiast. His sense of humor, love and caring nature, will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
