Born on July 20, 1945, in Boston MA to Edward and Florence (McManus). Richard was known for his quick wit, being a hardworking parent, and a pillar in the community both in Duxbury and Naples. Serving our country in the United States Army, Richard was also on the Duxbury Police Department for many years before retiring and finishing his working career at Hoboken Wood Floors.

Always the life of the party, Richard enjoyed many great times at his Duxbury home with family and friends where many holidays and special occasions often culminated with a raucous sing-along of his favorite Irish pub songs.

An avid golfer for many years, Richard loved to get out on the course with his wonderful friends at Royal Wood in Naples, FL. Richard's family would like to take this opportunity to thank the community of Royal Wood for their years of friendship. We are deeply grateful for all the support you have provided over the years.
