McDonald, Richard T. of Marshfield, passed away on February 7 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Ellen M. (Scanlon) McDonald. Dear father of Jason McDonald and his wife Liza of Weymouth, JoAnn Hall and her husband Justin of Brockton and Jeanine McDonald of Mashpee. Loving grandfather of Jordan, Tiara, Jameson and Melia. Dear brother of John and Lorraine McDonald of Onset, Paul McDonald of Kingston, NH, Mary and Joseph McCluskey of Midway, UT and the late Joseph McDonald and Claire Sheasgreen. Son of the late John and Lillian (Chaisson) McDonald. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Richard loved his family and friends. He enjoyed golf and outdoor activities. Richard also coached youth soccer. He worked as a mail handler with the USPS in Brockton. Visiting hours will be held in the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rte. 139 in Marshfield of Wednesday, February 11 from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral will take place from the funeral home on Thursday, February 12 at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Christine's Church, 1295 Main St., Rte 3A in Marshfield at 9:00 a.m. Interment will be held in Couch Cemetery.
