Richard William Scerbo (Dick), 89, of Boston Massachusetts, died on Sunday August 11, 2024.

Dick is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Mary, his son Richard A. Scerbo and his wife Ellen, brother-in-law Rudy Zappa, son-in-law William G. Kaelin, granddaughter Kathryn Grace Kaelin, and grandson William Tripp Kaelin. He was preceded in death by his parents William J. Scerbo and Anna T. Scerbo (Berosh), sister Dorothea Zappa (Scerbo), daughter Carolyn Kaelin (Scerbo), and son Thomas Scerbo.

Funeral services will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetary in Bourne at 12:30 PM on Thursday, August 22. A reception will follow at Brookside Golf Club, 11 Brigadoone Road in Bourne at 1:15 PM.  A viewing for family and friends will be held at MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield from 10 – 11 AM prior to the funeral.
