Robert W. Lembo (Bob) affectionately known as Geeky to his beloved grandchildren, husband to the late Patricia Lembo, son of Vincenzo and Julia, passed away with his family by his side on April 14, 2023. Bob was 83 years old.

He is survived by his brothers Vincent Jr., William, and Richard, two children, Robert Jr. (Bo) and Mark, his daughter-in-law Danielle, three grandchildren Emily, Megan, and Christina, great granddaughter Delilah and many nieces and nephews.

Bob was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. He loved to cook. Nobody would ever go hungry at the Lembo house. He was famous for his mac and cheese, lasagna and homemade pasta sauce. Of course, many of the ingredients came from his garden. Bob loved to tend to his vegetables that he started from seed and to share a bounty of tomatoes with neighbors, friends and family each summer.

Undoubtedly, the center of Bob's love and attention were his grandchildren, his "Babies". He was consistently found on sidelines and in auditoriums for plays, ceremonies and countless sporting events proudly cheering them on.  Geeky will be sorely missed by everyone.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Christine Parish Church, 1295 Main Street (Rte. 3A) in Marshfield. Interment will be in the Couch Cemetery.
