OFFLEY - Of Scituate, October 12, Robert L. Loving companion of Rosemary Kelley of Scituate. Father of Lisa of Scituate, Eric of Germany. Stepson of Millie Offley of Dorchester. Brother of Richard (his twin) of Boston, Alan and Johanna, all of Dorchester. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
