Smith, Robert Dale, In Duxbury, MA, formerly of Westwood, MA and Bangor, ME, died March l4 at the age of 87. Dear husband of Arline (Hulbert) Smith of Marshfield, MA, Father of Stephen V. Smith of Marshfield and Pamela J. Davis of Rochester. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and l2 great grandchildren. Robert was born in Bangor, ME, graduated from University of Maine, He served in the US Army as a Captain during WW11, 24th Infantry Division, serving in the Phillipine Islands. Before moving to Duxbury Robert lived in Westwood, MA for 52 years. He was a member of the Blue Lodge of Masons in Andover. Robert was a retired Vice President of Ludlow Corporation. A Graveside service will be held in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor, Maine on Sunday, March 2l at l2:30 p.m.
