Roberta Higgins Erickson of Duxbury, beloved sister of William J. Higgins, cherished friend of Jane M. Funderburk, John R. Funderburk, Anne F. Gotfredson, and Kathryn M. Funderburk. Roberta will be sadly missed by many friends who surrounded her with love during her most recent illness.

Roberta spent her entire teaching career as a Marshfield High School English Teacher. She continued to nurture her lifelong love of literature after her retirement as an employee of the Westwinds Bookshop in Duxbury.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at at the Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont Street in Duxbury on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
