Roberta M Phillips of Marshfield passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving husband and six daughters. She was the beloved wife of Clarke A. Phillips, Jr for almost seventy years.  They enjoyed traveling together to Bermuda many times over the years.  Devoted mother of Roberta M. Sousa (John) of Marshfield, Barbara J. Nicholson (William) of Plymouth, Ann M. Phillips, Mary R. Phillips, Nancy J. Braun (Michael), Carol A. Donahue (Colin) all of Marshfield and the late Clarke A. Phillips, III.  She was the cherished Mammie to 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Born May 12,1934 in South Easton, MA, Roberta attended Oliver Ames High School and the School of Fashion and Design in Boston.  She enjoyed sewing and knitting for her family, welcoming each new grandchild and great grandchild with a beautiful hand sewn blanket.

Funeral services will be private, attended by family.
