Salvaggi, Roberta E. (Fallows), 74, of Marshfield, passed away on March 15, 2017 after a long illness.  Roberta leaves her loving husband of over 40 years, Michael Salvaggi Jr. and her children Ralph "Ed" Gullett and his wife Jane of Kingston, Robert Gullett of Lockport, New York, and Donna L. Boudreau of Bracey, Virginia.  Roberta also leaves her grandchildren, Krista Cajigas and her husband Felix R. Cajigas Jr., Laura Gullett, and great-grandchildren Jayla Withem, Juliana Cajigas, Felix R. Cajigas III, and Lily Rose Panaanen. She is the sister of Laura Ann Pike of Arizona and Doreen Downs of Illinois.

Roberta was born in Rhode Island but resided in Marshfield for 52 years. She loved the beach and had a passion for horses and would race hers at the Marshfield Fairgrounds and Suffolk Downs in years past. Some of Roberta's favorite things were cooking, arts and crafts, and puzzles – more recently she enjoyed playing video bingo – but above all else she loved her family and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) Marshfield.  Funeral procession from the funeral home on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann by the Sea Church, 591 Ocean Street, Marshfield. Burial will be in Couch Cemetery at a later date.
