Roger J. Egan, Jr., 50, of Marshfield passed away on August 2, 2017.

The beloved son of Roger, Sr. and Joan (Brady) Egan and devoted father of Edward "Ned" and Rachel Egan.  Loving brother to Michael Egan and his wife Kristin of Marshfield and Amy Egan Cook and her husband Bryan of Marshfield.  Wonderful Uncle to Christian and Caroline Cook and Lillianna, Tyler, and Emmalia Egan.

Roger was a 1984 graduate of Marshfield High School and worked for the Boston Gas Company for over 25 years.  Roger loved spending time with his family, golfing with his son, camping, fishing and cooking.  We will miss Roger's infectious smile, quick wit and generous heart.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend A Funeral Mass on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal Street Marshfield, which will be immediately followed by a Celebration of Life reception at the Marshfield Elks Lodge, 1321 Ocean Street, Marshfield.
