Ruby Valentine, age 72, of Marshfield, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Born and raised in Easton, MA, Ruby was a spirited soul who embraced life with a warm heart, a free spirit, and a deep love for animals.

Ruby is survived by her son Michael Reardon, grandson Theodore Reardon, and daughter-in-law Jennifer Reardon. Sister Janice Traina (McLeod), niece, and nephew. Predeceased parents Kenneth McLeod and Geraldine Welch McLeod.

A true artist at heart, Ruby would spend hours immersed in her passion for painting and creating holiday cards and decorations. When she wasn't using her creative skillset, she could often be found listening to her favorite bands like The Rolling Stones, or spending time with her beloved cats, who were her closest companions.

Ruby was a compassionate soul who dedicated much of her time to animal charities and causes that helped those less fortunate. Her kindness and empathy touched the lives of many.

In keeping with Ruby's wishes, services will be private. Those wishing to honor her memory are encouraged to donate to their favorite animal charity in her name.
