Joyce, R. Maureen (Talbot), of Marshfield, passed away on May 4, 2016 at the age of 72. Maureen was the beloved wife of the late John Joyce and dear mother of Jessica Joyce of Marshfield, Rory Joyce of Plymouth, Tara Young and her husband Joseph of Plymouth, and John Joyce and his wife Tina of California. Predeceased by her parents John and Ruth (McInnis) Talbot and a sister, the late Mary Brewer, she leaves siblings Barbara O'Donnell and her husband Gerard, Felicia Sullivan and her husband Stephen, John Talbot and his wife Anne, and her four grandchildren Joseph, John, Tucker, and Jackson. Maureen also leaves her cousins Joan Stanton, Susan Gascon, and Jim Leonard, all of whom held a very special place in her heart.

Maureen was a graduate of St. Claire High School and the Boston Business School, where she earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Throughout her career as a Realtor and Real Estate Manager on the South Shore, which spanned 25 years, Maureen was a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Plymouth and South Shore Realtor Association. Her love of music led her to become a member of Marshfield Friends of Music and Marching Band Color Guard. Maureen served as a Girl Scout Leader and CCD Teacher at St. Christine's Parish, and participated in the family reunion "McInnis Open Golf Tournament" for 20 years. Always known for her beautiful smile and genuine desire to help others, above all Maureen loved her family, her children, grandchildren, husband and cousins. She will be forever in our hearts.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, May 8, 2016 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte 139) Marshfield. Funeral from the funeral home on Monday, May 9 at 9:00 for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Christine's Church, 1295 Main Street, Marshfield. Interment will be in Couch Cemetery.
