MacDonald, Sandra (King) of East Bridgewater, peacefully passed surrounded by her family on February 12th, 2017 at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Michael Vincent (Papa) MacDonald. Loving mother of Keith MacDonald and wife Pam of Brockton, Vincent MacDonald and wife Renee of Whitman, Wayne MacDonald and companion Camille of Sturbridge, Wendy Bickford and husband Tom of Hanover, Judith Sayward and husband Ed of Plymouth, Kimberly MacDonald of Weymouth and the late Terry Evans, Mother in Law of Gerry Evans of Cape Breton. Sandra was the proud grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Daughter of the late John and Alice (Powell) King.  Sister of Fred King, Patricia Tourountzas, Marilyn King, Kenneth King, Nelson King, Robert King, and the late Beverly, Brian, Allen, and Johnny King of Ontario, Canada.

Movies, bingo, shopping, and cooking were some of the things Sandra loved to do, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.  Her grandchildren were the loves of her life.  She had an unforgettable and infectious laugh coupled with a sense of humor that made everyone enjoy each minute in her presence.  She was loved by so many and so many were loved by her.  As she would ask over these last few years; "Where am I going?"...  We can now finally say, Mom, you've gone home. Heaven has got our angel on earth.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday February 17, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean Street (Rte 139), Marshfield. A Funeral Service will be at the Funeral Home on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at a later date.

At the family's request, contributions in Sandra's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Massachusetts/New Hampshire, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
