Sharon L. (Foss) Johnson of West Bridgewater passed away on November 13, 2022. Beloved wife of the late David Johnson, She was a loving mother to Erik Johnson and his wife Erin (Hurley) Johnson of North Easton, Kimberly Johnson of Kingston, and Leslie (Johnson) Leary and her husband Michael Leary of Whitman; a dear sister of Geoffrey Foss and his wife Linda Foss of Salem New Hampshire, Allen Foss of Vermont, and her late brother Stephen Foss of Vermont.

Sharon and David moved to Marshfield 40 years ago. This small coastal town stole their hearts and they decided to raise their 3 kids and watch them grow there. While living in Marshfield, on hot summer days, Sharon could be found packing up the Bronco to spend all day on Duxbury beach with her loving family.

Sharon was lovingly called Grandma by all 6 of her grandchildren. She could always be found in her sewing room making Halloween costumes for her grandchildren or pining together a beautiful quilt.  Sharon spent weekends either shopping or playing Wii bowling with her daughter Kimberly. She could also be found doing all the updates on her new house in West Bridgewater.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. Sharon will be laid to rest in the Couch Cemetery with a Graveside Service on Monday, November 28th at 10:00 a.m.
